ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Architect
  • With at least (3) three years of experience in architectural work
  • Adept in the use of AUTOCAD for housing & land development designs
  • Knows how to compute bill of quantities and cost estimate of materials for construction
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills

COST ESTIMATOR / OFFICE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Preferably male and at least 26 years old
  • With at least (3) years of experience in the construction industry
  • Knowledgeable in preparation of the following: bill of quantities, cost estimate of housing projects, cutting list of rebars, lumbers, etc., comparison report after completion of every project and mass diagram from field data.
  • Adept in preparing structural computation and bidding documents
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills

DRAFTSMAN/CAD OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Technology, major in Architectural Drafting or any related course
  • Male or female, at least 26 years old
  • With at least (2) two years of experience in Architectural work
  • Architectural skills; knowledgeable in AutoCAD and basic computer skills
  • Knowledgeable in preparation of drawings for land development and documents for securing permits and licenses
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, at least 25 years old.
  • Graduate of Business Management or any Business related course.

  • With excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
