- Minimum of two(2) years work-related experience gained from a real estate/construction industry.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil/ Geodetic Engineering, preferably licensed.
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience as Project Construction Suveyor, preferably with one (1) year work experience in subdivision/property development.

PROJECTSUPERVISOR/PROJECT IN-CHARGE
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture, preferably licensed.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, preferably CPA, not more than 35 years old.

INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, not more than 35 years old.
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience (Accounting and Audit Functions).

ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, not more than 35 years old, preferably a CPA for the Accountant position.
