Php 135-M Housing Project gets BOI approval

P.A Alvarez Properties and Development Corp., represented by its President Jonathan G. Lu (left) and Board Chairman Romarico T. Alvarez (2nd from left), received its certificate of registration from Trade and Industry Undersecretary and Board of Investments Managing Head Elmer C. Hernandez (2nd from right) and Project Evaluation and Registration Department Director Rudy B. Caņa for St. Joseph Village 7 Phase 2, a mass housing project that involves the development of 7.049 hectares of land and the construction of 978 low cost housing units. The project costs some Php 135 million and will generate employment for 380 individuals.
