ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

Graduate ofArchitecture, preferably licensed.
Minimum of two(2) years work-related experience gained from a real estate/construction industry.

CIVIL ENGINEER/GEODETIC ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Graduate of Civil/ Geodetic Engineering, preferably licensed.
Minimum of three (3) years working experience as Project Construction Suveyor, preferably with one (1) year work experience in subdivision/property development.

PROJECTSUPERVISOR/PROJECT IN-CHARGE

Qualifications:

Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture, preferably licensed.
Minimum of three (3) years working experience, preferably gained from a construction industry.

CSA(Collection Servicing Agreement) /RETENTION/CONVERSION SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

Graduate of Accountancy, preferably CPA, not more than 35 years old.
Minimum of two (2) year working experience in Supervisory position.

INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF

Qualifications:

Graduate of Accountancy, not more than 35 years old.
Minimum of two (2) years working experience (Accounting and Audit Functions).

ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS

Qualifications:

Graduate of Accountancy, not more than 35 years old, preferably a CPA for the Accountant position.
Minimum of two (2) years work-related experience in Accounting.
