1. CIVIL ENGINEERS
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering.
- Male, not more than 35 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years work-related experience, preferably gained from a construction industry.
- Knowledge in Land Development, Housing Construction, and Documentary Compliances.
- Personable, and with good oral and written communication skills.
- Detail and result-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
2. AUDITOR/AUDIT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any related course.
- Male or Female, not more than 35 years old.
- At least 2 years work-related experience, of which in supervisory capacity & a CPA-license holder is required for the Supervisor post (Accounting and/or Audit functions)
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Detail and result-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
3. MARKETING ASSISTANT / BROKER COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Related Course, preferably I.T. or Fine Arts graduate for Marketing Post.
- Male, not more than 35 years old.
- Proficient in Computer Applications.
- Personable, and with good oral and written communication skills.
- Detail and result-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.

4. HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Qualifications:

7. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy.
- At least 2 years work-related experience of which in supervisory capacity, preferably a CPA.
- Excellent in computer applications and/or computerized accounting system skills.
- Personable, and with good oral and written communication skills.
- Detail and result-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.

8. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (PAMPANGA)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
- At least 5 years extensive work-related experience in all aspect of developing and maintaining sales & marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives, of which in managerial capacity, preferably gained from a real-estate industry.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- A track record of successful customer service/proven ability to oversees all sales, marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activites.
9. SALES SUPERVISOR (PAMPANGA)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
- At least 3-years work-related experience, of which in supervisory capacity, preferably gained from a real-estate industry.
- Must have the ability to motivate and inspire his team, aggressive and result-oriented.
- Decisive, highly-innovative, with excellent communication and computer-application.
- Strong background in sales.
10. SALES ASSISTANT (PAMPANGA)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- With experience in Booking/Inventories/Broker Coordinator/Training and Recruitment functions, preferably gained from a real-estate industry.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Highly personable and has strong repport-building skills.
11. MARKETING ASSISTANT (PAMPANGA)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing or any business-related course; Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia or equivalent.
- With strong market research background and extensive hands-on experience as Graphic Artist/in Logistics/Events, preferably gained from a real estate industry.
- Knowledgable in Speed Editing, Corel, Photoshop, and other graphic software.
- With exposures in company marketing expositions/events.
- Must posses a keen sense of market agility, mature, strategic-thinker, highly creative and can work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
